Jon Ley joins our team of excellent Mortgage Advisors

We are delighted to announce that Jon Ley has now joined us on a full-time basis.  Jon is now a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser, having been with us, part-time, for three years in a support role.

Over and above the industry standard CeMap qualifications, Jon is also is accredited with Certs CII (MP & ER). He passed his compliance requirements with flying colours  and now offers advice on the whole of market for all mortgages as well as all Insurance and protection products such as Life and Critical Illness cover.

Jon has a young son who keeps him very busy, and is a keen runner and has taken part in numerous long distance events including the London and New York City marathons and enjoys playing guitar in local bands. 

Jon will be based at our Henleaze House office, as well as helping clients in the Exeter area.

Bath Mortgages Online is open for business!

Monday 6^th February 2017 is Bath Mortgages Online’s official launch date.

Bath Mortgages Online is part of the SWMortgages Group and is their third Mortgage Brokers having successful businesses in Bristol and Exeter already. The Bath Office is based at The Guild.

Philip Clark, the Group’s MD, will be joined by a new Director and Lead Adviser, Christopher Seward, to head up the Bath operation. The existing team of expert Advisors based in Bristol will also be giving advice to clients based in the Bath and North East Somerset area. The fully qualified administration team, based at the Head Office in Henleaze, will be providing all the support for applications and progressing through to completion.

Chris Seward joins Bath Mortgages Online

We are delighted to welcome Christopher Seward to the business!

Chris joined us in February 2017 as a Director and Lead Adviser for our new business Bath Mortgages Online (www.bathmortgagesonline.com)

After gaining a BSc (Hons) at Chichester University, Chris started working in the Financial Services sector in 2000. Chris has a vast amount of experience from several perspectives. Firstly, Chris is highly qualified in advising clients as well as being very experienced. He has a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and has achieved the higher qualification, Certs CII (MP & ER,  for providing expert Mortgage and Equity Release advice.

Secondly, over the past few years, Chris has been responsible for the supervision and training of other financial advisers and is an expert in FCA compliance. This knowledge will be a benefit to the whole SWMortgages Group and Chris will also be involved in both Bristol Mortgages Online and Exeter Mortgages Online.

Having lived in Bath all his life, Chris has extensive knowledge of both the residential and investment property markets in the Bath & North East Somerset area.

Chris is married with one son and In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, socialising with friends and spending time with his family.
